Refund & Returns Policy – Saunas Deluxe

Thank you for choosing Saunas Deluxe! We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our refund, return, and order cancellation policies below.


1. Order Processing & Cancellations

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped based on product availability.

  • If a product is not immediately available, we will notify you with an updated shipping timeline.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty if the item has not shipped.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations incur a 3% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations are not allowed once an item has shipped.

Refused Deliveries

  • If a delivery is refused for reasons other than damage or error on our part, a 20% restocking fee (35% for certain brands) will apply. Both outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


2. Returns

We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 45 days of receiving your product.

Condition

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@saunasdeluxe.com within 45 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include your RMA number.

  3. Follow the instructions from our support team to coordinate return shipping.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance.

  • Returns without prior authorization will be denied.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund Amount: Purchase price minus any applicable restocking or shipping costs.

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Restocking Fees

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all items.

  • Re-boxing fees may apply for all items.

5. Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge.

  • For warranty issues, we assist in resolving the problem or obtaining a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products or items made to your specifications

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Replacement parts

  • Sauna wood products

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged
